Our workshop
Huarui Honeycomb started its production of high strength aluminum honecyomb and supplied quality material for high end applications. We can undertake large orders and make on-time delivery in both peak season and off season, thanks to:
1、2 large-scale production workshops with an area over 13,000㎡.
2、10 advanced aluminum honeycomb core automatic production lines,cell size from 1/25” to 1” with an annual output of 1 million square meters.
3、2 automatic aluminum honeycomb panel production lines by using respectively thermoplastic polymer film and epoxy resin as bonding materials, which can laminate honeycomb with aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, HPL, and lightweight pocerlain and other large format sheets.
4、2 large-scale laser welding equipment, and other supporting automatic production equipment.
